Food Safety Inspection Consultant - Natick

The Town of Natick is seeking proposals for a Food Safety Consultant to assist our food protection program in providing food establishment inspection services.

The qualifications of the vendor shall include the following:
- Knowledge of the Massachusetts State Sanitary Code Chapter 10, 105 CMR 590.000 and the applicable Federal Food Code.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in conducting food establishment inspections in the state of Massachusetts.
- Hold a current ServSafe Certification
- Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university and either a Registered Sanitary (RS)/Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS) or a Certified Professional Food Manager is preferred.

Review data from audits to identify opportunities and develop strategies to improve food safety practices.
